Last night my friends and I were discussing Google, Facebook and twitter.  Some think Google Buzz is an answer to Facebook and others think that’s questionable.

Google Buzz and the automatic adding of  all my Google contacts as followers  and making them public to anyone who looked at my Google profile caused me to shut it off. To me and many others this unexpected Google Buzz action was was a huge turn off.

A Google Buzz Turn-Off

google buzz iconThe most annoying thing about Google Buzz was logging into G-mail and finding  I was automatically following all my Google contacts and no other options were provided.  Then the rest sunk in.  Yikes!
