Being busy at this time of the year is actually a good thing as I’m normally looking for more work in the winter months.

Thanks for your understanding. I am self-employed and don’t have the luxury of saying “no” to appointments with clients and customers.
I do know what it means to be self employed. I am one. Some time it is freedom but sometime it is worse than slavery.
That’s truth for sure. Right now I have work and later I may not have it. there is no choice in this situation. I must accept the work and that means my hobby ie. blogging has to be my lower priority.
Some time ago, I refused to label my actions as work or pleasure and reduced professional commitments drastically. Now all I live for is “to live” Some days actions are required some days none. No anticipation, no pain and no regret.
