We all know that most Club Penguin kids are cool. However, there have been far too many of the PITA and drama queen varieties polluting the wordpress.com forum environment. We do not find witinessing their cheating, lying and manipulations to be amusing.
In fact, when it comes to doing our part to keep the cyber gene pool penguin free, we, the undersigned, are dedicated to having the WordPress.com support forums declared Penguin Free Zones.
Consequently, we hereby petition Automattic’s staff to implement any and all means that will result in the prompt inactivation of all troublesome Club Penguin bloggers as at this date.

Amen sister!
I’m in support of what you’re saying. I’ve noticed some really strange forum postings originating from this crowd. I’m guessing that they’re not adults. Can WordPress inactivate their participation on the forums, though? Seems that it would have to be case-by-case, no? By the way, thanks for dropping by my site by way of Blog Catalog. Because I tracked you back and found your cool blog, which is now on my links!
@steverebooted
Under COPPA “The term “child” means an individual under the age of 13.”
In law, according to COPPA there ought to be no bloggers at wordpress.com who are under the age of 13. However, wordpress.com does not have age restriction rules so a large number of the little beggars have established blogs here at wp.com.
From what I can see I suspect the troublemakers in the forums are actually over the age of 14 and ought not to be even playing the Club Penguin game at all. The game itself is built around cheating and trickery. And, the older troublemakers have been able to either guess the passwords the young kids use and take over their blogs or, they have been able to talk the younger ones into appointing them as Administrators. What the troublemakers seems to do best is to lie, cheat, manipulate and take over blogs as well as teaching the other kids how to hack and do all the same disreputable things.
Staff can easily render these troublemakers “inactive”. That would mean that they could still post to their own blogs and comment on other blogs but they would not be able to post to the support forums. If they need support they would have only one alternative and that is that their petty and stupid squabbles could only be dealt with by the paid Staff of Automattic corporation and, the adult volunteers answering forum questions would not have to endure their interference and antics.
P.S. I’m glad that you found my blog to be useful. Thanks so much for the link. :-)
@jennifer
Enough is enough is enough and the point of no return has been reached. The Automattic staff, who are paid to provide support have the ability to affect policy changes. They have the ability to render the Club Penguin troublemakers “inactive” as I described above in my response to steverebooted but, they have failed to use it.
The management and staff of Automattic have chosen to ignore the COPPA legal requirements by allowing those who are under 13 years of age to blog here. And, as such, it’s only fair and equitable that they ought to be the ones who are responsible for dealing with the Club Penguin issues and impacts on other bloggers that have flowed from that policy decision.
Signed and notarized. They should have their own forum far away from non-flightless waterfowl bloggers.
Hello, Time Thief, I’m also in support of what your saying
Signed Teck.
P.S. Thank you for dropping by my site and leaving a comment you made day. :)
Just want to make sure that it is clear that I’m in support of the petition! LOL
Noted, Steve :-)

here’s another CP drama thread HE KEEPS TAKING MY CONTENT!
Wow one of the CP user name chewy got told by Mark follow linkmark Key Maste
@Teck
Yes, I saw that.
when I saw that I was LOL @ Chewy
SIGH … Chewy didn’t seem to notice that deltafoxtrot was setting a good example for him so he didn’t follow it. He showed no respect and demonstrated no restraint. Being part of a community means that you agree to respect others and to restrain your behavior (communication). Mark made the correct call. But it’s still really sad that Chewy forced his hand.
SIGH
On a more serious note it is sad that chewy, could not restrain him self and mark had to step in and force him out of the forums.
But chewy has been giving staff and members of wp.com nothing but problems that i’m sure you’ve seen including many other wp.com members so I don’t feel sorry for chewy.
Mark, and many other staff members have given Chewy, more than enough chance and last night he blow it which is sad because he could of just started a new blog and every and kept to his self and everything would have been fine on his part.
But obliviously chewy kept creating new acct’s: just to start trouble.
(I do Think Mark was in the right for kicking him out after what displayed in the forums last night)
Teck
@Teck
I agree that Mark made the correct call and I said that above. However, I feel that it’s sad that Chewy was not able to adjust and find a place within the adult wp.com community and I said that above too. I probably would not feel sad at all if Chewy were an adult but Chewy is young and it’s sad to see a young person heading the wrong direction. :-(
