The most important thing is to know that you can only use the non-Javascript code on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. The Javascript code will appear only as code and will not work on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. So you email at http://whos.amung.us/contact/general/ and let them know your site URL and that you want the non-Javascript code. Then you simply copy and pase the code they email to you into a text widget and place the text widget in your sidebar.
